Birthdays
Oh, now that I’m older, I’m starting to dislike this day, but when I was younger, I’d love it. The Main reason I
liked it so much was because people actually listened to me on this day, and paid attention to me. The one thing
that annoyed me a lot when I was younger was that no one seemed to take me seriously, and on this day they did, it
seemed to be fulfilling in a way. I was liked some of the things that you got to do with a year older. Like, for example,
when you turn 12, your parents let you stay out later, and seem to trust you more. The one thing I loved was when I
turned 13 my parents trusted me enough to let me stay home alone. Plus, the cake and gifts were always nice too.
