So this morning I went to the grocery store with a friend of mine. We live in a place where there is almost zero crime so we didn’t think anything of leaving our belongings in the car. Well… It was a stupid thing to do because the car got broken into. Luckily I had my wallet on my person. Not so luckily for me though My Ipod was in the car.
So I do a lot of my Christmas shopping online right… And I was thinking man.. for the amount of time and money I spend on these sites it would be nice if I could get something back. I think my neighbor is nuts. Hes in one of those when it rains it pours kinds of situations in his life right now. He left his girl, he lost his job, got a DUI got caught driving on a suspended license. Now hes lost his sewer service… EWWW… and his phone service too. I’m helping him out where I can but he can be invasive at times. Not in an unpleasant way but like.. hes overly friendly. I love him and hate him all at once.

I watched House last night and he had the best line ever. “Is he dancing or having a seizure?”. There was a patient, who was a musician, his music was awful. Doctor House provoked a seizure by inciting an emotional response to the fact that House didn’t like the guys music, and when he went into the seizure House used that line. I’m still chuckling about it.
One of the hardest things about being a new mom is feeling good about your body. You go through that phase where you are still lugging around that pregnancy weight, but you want to be your old self again. Its even harder if you are nursing because when you nurse everyone seems to stare. I found this great site for Nursing Dresses. They are beautiful, stylish and extremely functional if you are nursing. I wish I had known about them when I was still nursing. Sometimes looking good in the clothes we can fit in is all it takes to get that confidence back after you have a baby.
I remember one of the first times I saw snow. I didn’t want it to end. It was at least 20 years ago but I remember like it was yesterday.
